A Kansas man faces trial in Miami, for the sexual assault of two girls. Solly Martin was arrested earlier this year.

Police say in March, a teenage girl went to police and told them she'd been sexually assaulted. She also says she witnessed her younger sister being sexually assaulted.

Martin is charged with rape, sodomy and lewd molestation. The assaults apparently occurred over two or three years.

Martin has declined to enter a plea in the case.
