The fugitive, Scott Eizember, who kept authorities guessing for more than a month met with an attorney Monday.

The Angelina County, Texas Sheriff says Scott Eizember met with his court appointed attorney Monday afternoon. Eizember is in jail under close watch. He still has not made a decision on whether he will waive extradition pending a court date.

Eizember is accused of killing an elderly Depew couple on October 18th and is waiting for charges to be filed.
