An Oklahoma lawmaker has come up with a plan to get more money for Oklahoma's deteriorating road system.
State Senator Robert Milacek of Enid says he'll draft a bill, which gradually increases the gasoline and diesel taxes. Milacek says $145-million in annual tax proceeds will go to roads and bridges.
A similar bill stalled last year.
