(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The director of the Kiamichi Technical Center in Poteau faces six intimidation counts.

In a multicounty grand jury indictment unsealed Tuesday, Davey Joe Sutton has been indicted on four counts of witness intimidation in LeFlore County and two counts of witness intimidation in Latimer County.

The indictments say Sutton intimidated a school custodian when he asked him about photographing another school employee allegedly misusing government property.

In another count, the indictment says Sutton accompanied another employee to the custodian's home to observe vandalism on the home, vehicles and other personal property.

In Latimer County, the charges accuse Sutton of intimidating the custodian by state during a school board meeting that he was investigating the woman for possible embezzlement of public property and a false worker's compensation claim.
