Scott Eizember's ex-girlfriend says she is relieved the suspected double murderer has been caught.

Kathy Biggs and her children have been in hiding for 37 days since the double murder in Depew. Biggs' son Tyler was shot twice. He's doing well and is undergoing therapy to get full use of his shoulder.

Tyler spent four and a half weeks in the hospital after the shooting. Now that Eizember has been caught, the family may move back to Depew. "I know that AJ and Patsy will never come back, but some healing might be able to begin for their family and ours."

Biggs says she wants to meet the Arkansas doctor who shot Scott Eizember. She wants to personally thank him.
