(Dallas-AP) -- Oklahoma State placekicker Luke Phillips is the Big 12 Conference special teams player of the week.

Phillips kicked three field goals and five extra points in the Cowboys 44-to-21 win over Kansas. It's the second straight game the senior from Tulsa converted three field goals.

Kansas State quarterback Ell Roberson and K-State linebacker Bryan Hickman are the conference offensive and defensive players of the week.
