A Tulsa County grand jury wrapped up Monday with no indictment. They were looking into whether Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris should've filed murder charges in the case of Rachel Clayton, a young girl who was found dead in her Jenks home four years ago.

The grand jury agreed with Harris' decision. The News on 6 talked with Rachel's grandmother and she says she appreciates the grand jury's work, but is extremely disappointed because she believes foul play was involved in Rachel's death.
