A settlement has been reached in a lawsuit for the death of a man at the Tulsa County jail.

Shane Spencer was dragged, handcuffed, unconscious and left facedown in a cell where he died. Tulsa Police have agreed to a $200,000 settlement. Officers will get training on how to spot alcohol poisoning.

Spencer's family says the goal was to change the way police treat intoxicated prisoners.
