The old Booker T Washington High School building will soon be a thing of the past.

Workers started tearing it down this week. Students have already moved into the new school building, which is located right behind the old one. But for those who want a piece of the past, souvenir bricks from the old school are up for sale this weekend.

The BTW brick blastoff is being held on the south side of the old school building. It runs Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Sunday from 2 to 4 PM.

Bricks costs $5 each.
