A Glenpool teacher accused in the heat death of her infant son has been offered a two-year deferred sentence.
Deidre Tucker is charged with manslaughter for the August 28th death of her five-month-old son Braden. He was left in a car for more than 6 hours on a 99-degree day. A medical examiner ruled the death accidental.
The deal allows Tucker to avoid a felony conviction and prison time. The case could be dismissed altogether once she completes two years of probation.
