Oklahoma City mayor Kirk Humphreys cleaned out his office Monday so he can focus on his bid for the US Senate.
He is running for the seat being vacated by Republican Don Nickles, who recently announced his retirement.
For now, an Oklahoma City councilman will serve as interim mayor until a February election.
