Tulsa Police have arrested a man they believe ran over a woman, and left her dead in the street.

Officers were called to a disturbance Sunday afternoon at 4734 West 8th Street. Thatâ€™s where one of three suspects pulled a knife. The fight escalated and moved to the street.

Witnesses say the men got into a pickup truck, ran over 36-year-old Shelly Eli, then backed up and ran over her again.

32-year-old Scott Warrington has been arrested. He charged with 2nd degree murder.
