(Tulsa-AP) -- A spokeswoman for Citgo Petroleum says the company has completed a study on whether to move its headquarters from Tulsa to Houston.

Spokeswoman Kate Robbins says the study will be presented to Citgo board members next month and a decision is expected by the end of the year.

A spokeswoman for Tulsa Mayor Bill LaFortune says the company has given no indication on what the board may decide. A spokesman for the Greater Houston Partnership says he doesn't know what the decision might be.

Citgo announced in August that a task force would study moving the company's headquarters to Houston.

Citgo is the nation's fourth-largest gasoline retailer and has about 1,000 employees in Tulsa.
