Federal prosecutors are getting their case ready against Presley Earl Hood. He's accused of kidnapping and sexually abusing a Stillwater girl earlier this year.

Hood was indicted on six counts, including kidnapping and sexual abuse. Prosecutors claim Hood took the girl May ninth and went to Missouri and then to Texas where he held her for sexual gratification.

Hood is also charged with five counts of crossing state lines with the intent to engage in sexual acts with a child younger than 12.
