(Stillwater-AP) -- A prosecutor says he'll decide next month whether to file charges as a result of an investigation into the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has given a 500-page report of its investigation to special prosecutor Rob Hudson.
Hudson says the investigation found many problems in the sheriff's office. He says he's trying to determine if those problems rise to the level of criminal activity.
The O-S-B-I began investigating an allegation of former Undersheriff Ed Williamson misusing jail trusty labor at his home. The investigation was expanded to include the entire sheriff's office at the request of Lincoln County prosecutors.
Williamson was suspended with pay in May after the investigation began. He resigned in late August.
