A Tulsa County District Court judge has ordered a teenager to stand trial for murder in the death of a convenience store clerk.
17-year-old Darrel Ray Miller is accused of the August 6th murder of Stanley Miller is also charged in the July 30th holdup of another convenience store clerk.
Co-defendant Heather Sanders testified she drove Miller from the scene of the robberies. Sanders testified on behalf of prosecutors. In exchange, a murder count against her will be reduced to an accessory charge.
