(Bristow-AP) -- First-degree murder charges have been filed against a man accused of killing an elderly Depew couple.

Creek County District Attorney Max Cook filed the charges Tuesday as authorities stepped up their search for Scott J. Eizember.

If convicted of the murder charges, Eizember could face the death penalty.
