A pay controversy at Tulsa Community College has the faculty coming together. A majority of the full time faculty has voted to criticize some executive pay policies at the college.
In three cases, the policy directed $100,000 bonuses to college executives. The faculty thinks its part of a pattern of poor accountability at the college. TCC faculty president Henry Comby, “you know concern and dismay, we were being nice about it, we're angry and upset yeh.â€
The faculty resolution will go to the college president and the regents - who will decide what to do next.
The faculty cannot "force" them to do anything.
