A pay controversy at Tulsa Community College has the faculty coming together. A majority of the full time faculty has voted to criticize some executive pay policies at the college.

In three cases, the policy directed $100,000 bonuses to college executives. The faculty thinks its part of a pattern of poor accountability at the college. TCC faculty president Henry Comby, “you know concern and dismay, we were being nice about it, we're angry and upset yeh.”

The faculty resolution will go to the college president and the regents - who will decide what to do next.

The faculty cannot "force" them to do anything.
