New developments in the search for Scott Eizember, which is now in it's 11th day. News on 6 reporter Patrina Adger says Creek County Sheriff’s deputies discovered a cave they believe is being or was used by Scott Eizember.
They discovered this after officers bulldozed a portion of the search area to conduct an intense search. They have bulldozed a path within the perimeter where officers have been searching on the ground and in the air.
Creek County Chief Deputy Michael O'Keefe says they discovered the cave very close to the search’s command center. They believe Eizember is still in that area after he was spotted in the woods last week. The suspected killer has been able to elude authorities for 11 days now but they believe he's running out of places to hide.
Eizember's been on the loose since October 18th. He's suspected of killing AJ and Patsy Cantrell as well as injuring a neighbor and her grandson.
If you have any information on Eizember's whereabouts call the Oklahoma Highway Patrol's tip line at 918-367-2755 or dial *55 on your cell phone.
