A Tulsa man, who just got out of prison, is back in jail. Tulsa Police say they caught James Bizzell breaking into a storage trailer behind the Academy Sports store on 41st Street.

He now faces three separate felonies, one for the burglary, another for wearing a mask during a felony and a third for having burglary tools with him.

Records show Bizzell had just served time for the very same crime.
