(Dallas-AP) -- Despite a pitch from Reliant Stadium in Houston, the athletic directors at Oklahoma and Texas say Dallas is the best location for the Red River Shootout. Joe Castiglione and Deloss Dodds say they don't foresee using an opt-out clause to move the game to Houston.

(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma offensive coordinator Chuck Long says Sooner quarterback Jason White came away from the Texas game with a nick. White disagrees. White has three stitches under his chin from what Long says was a hit by Longhorn defensive tackle Marcus Tubbs. White says he cut himself shaving Sunday morning.

(Stillwater-AP) -- Injured Oklahoma State safety Elbert Craig has returned to practice, but without contact. Craig hasn't played since tearing an anterior cruciate ligament during practice two weeks ago and is wearing a brace on his right knee.

(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma basketball coach Kelvin Sampson says sparks will fly at today's meeting of the National Association of Basketball Coaches. Sampson wouldn't reveal proposals, but says controversial recommendations will be made to hold coaches accountable for their actions.
