Clerk at Tulsa bookstore robbed Thursday morning

The search for a suspect in an armed robbery of a Tulsa adult bookstore. It happened around 8 AM Thursday at the Whittier Book Store on North Lewis.

Tulsa Police say a man held up the clerk and demanded money. He took some other items and well and ran out. Another employee saw the man get into a car and called police.

The car was found a short time later in north Tulsa. It had broken down and the suspects ran off.

Police called in canine officers to help search for the suspects, but no one has been arrested.
