(Norman-AP) -- The Oklahoma baseball team's class of newcomers this year is ranked ninth-best in the country according to sports publication Collegiate Baseball.

OU's class of 19 newcomers includes three junior college All-Americans and four former high school All-State picks.

Head Coach Larry Cochell says the group has the potential to be one of the most talented in recent history.
