The owners of a Green Country attraction are facing some major money problems.
The Environmental Protection Agency has fined the owners of the Cherokee Queen riverboats on Grand Lake. The riverboats are accused of discharging pollutants into the lake.
Authorities say a fine of up to $27,500 has been levied for violating the Clean Water Act. Owner Larry Steckline says he doesn't understand what the fine is about.
