The teen convicted of shooting five classmates at Fort Gibson Middle School back in 1999 will likely be released from state custody.
The Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs recommended that Seth Trickey be released and sent to live with his grandparents in Lawrence, Kansas.
A Muskogee County prosecutor says he'll fight against the release.
In June, Trickey was sent to a state group home in Texas. He was sent back to Oklahoma after two months, because he was not mentally ill.
