(Kansas City, Kansas-AP) -- An Oklahoma Indian tribe now has an option on land in Kansas City, Kansas, where it wants to build a casino.

An agreement giving the Delaware Tribe of Bartlesville a three-year option on the 34-acre site was approved Thursday.

The project still requires approval from various state and federal officials before the casino complex could be built.
