It's now up to a judge to decide a labor lawsuit against the John Pickle Company. Attorneys for the Tulsa company unexpectedly rested their case after calling only two witnesses.

52-immigrant workers from India accuse the company of confining them to a dorm, paying them less than minimum wage and feeding them substandard food. The company denies the allegations.

A ruling is expected in November.
