A study on whether Citgo should move its headquarters from Tulsa to Houston is slated to be completed at the end of October.

The report will then be sent to the company's board of directors for a final decision. They'll make that announcement by the end of the year.

Tulsa Mayor LaFortune, Governor Brad Henry and First District Congressman John Sullivan have all met with Citgo's president in an effort to keep the company's headquarters in Tulsa.
