Mark McCorkle ordered to stand trial for murder

A Tulsa man was in court Tuesday on murder charges. A judge ruled Mark McCorkle must stand trial for the death of Leslie Lamborn.

She was stabbed to death on July 3rd in the couple's apartment. A Tulsa homicide detective testified Tuesday that McCorkle confessed to stabbing Lamborn.

He told detectives it was a case of self-defense that she came after him with a knife. A judge decided that question would be one for a jury to decide.
