Charges are pending against a man who led Tulsa Police on a car and foot chase early Thursday. It started around three when police tried to make a traffic stop.

The driver sped away for a short while. He stopped at about 5th and Madison and ran off on foot. The driver was quickly caught.

Three passengers in the car were questioned and released.
