State Insurance Commissioner Carroll Fisher has been arraigned in his drunk-driving case.
Fisher was arrested last month after leaving a charity event in a state owned car. The arresting officer says Fisher registered .08 on a blood alcohol test. That's the minimum required for a DUI charge in Oklahoma.
The arresting report also claims Fisher was transporting an open container and made an illegal right turn.
Fisher will return to court September 24th.
