ROUND ROCK, Texas (AP) _ Dell Inc. Wednesday lowered the prices some of its computers, printer, and other products.

The Round Rock computer company said it cut prices on Dimension desktops and Inspiron notebooks by up to 6% and 3%, respectively.

Printer and projector prices were reduced by 10% to 13%.

Prices on some servers were cut by up to 10%.

Dell, which continues to buck the technology slowdown, reported last week that fiscal second-quarter earnings rose 24% on the strength of small-business and home personal-computer sales.
