One person is dead following an accident near 13100 East 46th Street North Wednesday morning. It happened around six o'clock.

Tulsa Police say the driver of a dump truck was waiting to make a left turn. Other vehicles were passing him on the right. The driver of a pick-up didn't make it and hit the truck. It sheared part of the roof off and killed the driver. No one else was hurt.

We know the victim is an older man, but his name has not been released.
