(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The deputy director of the Oklahoma City's terrorism prevention institute is now helping rebuild Iraq.
Donald Hamilton of the Oklahoma City National Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism was asked to go to Baghdad by Paul Bremer, the U-S administrator for Iraq.
Hamilton is now advising Bremer on strategic communications issues.
Hamilton worked for the Department of State for 30 years before coming to Oklahoma City. He was Bremer's public affairs adviser when Bremer was ambassador-at-large for counterterrorism under President Reagan.
The terrorism prevention institution is a part of the Oklahoma City National Memorial.
