New Dallas Cowboys coach Bill Parcells isn't wasting any time.
Parcells says the Cowboys are already ``90 percent finished'' installing the team's schemes and plays.
That assessment came after 16 practices and one scrimmage during the first ten days of training camp in San Antonio.
And now that Parcells is getting a better feel of what he's got, he's ready to see better execution and start determining who's going to be on the field.
The season opener is only a month away.
Quincy Carter and Chad Hutchinson will get more snaps in practice -- diminishing time for backups Tony Romo and Clint Stoerner, as Parcells tries to determine the starting quarterback.
Parcells says Carter and Hutchinson will both start a preseason game. The coach says he may be able to determine the real number one starter by the third preseason game.
No word yet on who'll start Saturday at Arizona.
