Oscar Salazar's double to center field allowed Byron Gettis to score the next run for the Wranglers. The Wranglers went on to score four runs in the third inning.

The Drillers answered back with two runs in the third and two more runs in the sixth and seventh innings.

The game was tied at 5-all after the seventh inning.

The Wranglers scored two runs in the eighth inning and another run in the ninth to secure the win.
