(Quapaw-AP) -- A North Miami teenager has drowned while swimming with friends in a Spring River swimming hole.

Ottawa County Sheriff Dennis King says the body of 17-year-old Ryan Wesley Hart was found in what is known as Blue Hole near Quapaw.

Hart's body was found about 10:30 Wednesday night in eleven feet of water, about 50 feet from shore.
