(Thackerville-AP) -- Chickasaw Nation officials say their newly expanded casino will be the largest in Oklahoma when it opens Wednesday.

WinStar will be 20,000 square feet larger than before and feature one thousand one hundred electronic games and a horse-race betting parlor.

Tribal Governor Bill Anoatubby says he has a lot of hope for it being close to the Dallas metroplex.

The expansion also includes two restaurants, a food court and a 600-seat theater for live performances.

The Thackerville casino is right next to Interstate 35.

Officials also have plans to build a motel and RV park and have buses that bring gamblers to the city.

The new casino will employ 500 people.
