A recent murder may be one step closer to being solved. This comes after the weekend arrest of an accused murderer.

Authorities arrested Sylvester Stanley at an east Tulsa apartment complex. Investigators believe Stanley shot Calvin Higgins in the head at Ute Park on June 5th. Police say Stanley went with officers peacefully.

He is being held in the Tulsa County jail without bail.
