A smoke detector helped save four people's lives this weekend in Tulsa. Firefighters were called to a home in the 4300 block of North Iroquois early Sunday morning.
Fire crews had just recently installed the detector during a campaign in the area. It alerted everyone to the fire and allowed them to get out safely.
The fire started on the porch, but the cause is under investigation.
