Coach Bob Stoops is in his fifth season as head coach at Oklahoma.

But Stoops says he's just as excited about the job as he was the day he started back in 1999.

In an interview with The Daily Oklahoman, Stoops says there are a lot of positives about coaching at O-U -- like fan support and the support of a great administration.

The biggest challenge for Stoops these days is continually striving to be better, to improve and be better in everything the team does.

Stoops says he wants to maintain the structure, discipline and work ethic that's required to win championships.

Stoops biggest headache? He says it's dealing with reporters.
