A home invasion leaves a Tulsa man beaten. Tulsa Police say around 3 AM Wednesday, three men tried to break into a duplex at about 21st and Mingo. They kicked in the front door and demanded money and drugs.
The resident confronted the men and was beaten. Tulsa Police Corporal Mark Shelton was the first to arrive. “When I got here the victim was approaching the victim was extremely battered had 1 of the suspects guns with him he was able to wrestle it away from the suspect.â€
There was one shot fired during the scuffle, but no one was hit. A woman and a child in the home were not hurt. The suspects were last seen running from the scene.
