The excitement is building for this year's Race for the Cure in Tulsa. The Komen Foundation held a kickoff luncheon Tuesday to thank the event's sponsors.
Organizers say they expect 9,000 people at this year's race. And they’re setting a big goal of raising $325,000 for breast cancer research and treatment. This year’s race is scheduled for September 13th at OSU Tulsa.
