Tulsa Police are also investigating the theft of a bank ATM. It happened at the Community Bank and Trust East Bank near 9000 East 61st Street around 5:45 Tuesday morning.

Officers say someone wrapped a chain around the ATM in the bank's drive-thru, and then loaded it up and took off. Officers have no suspects at this time.
