For the third time this month, someone has drowned at Lake Keystone. The body of 24-year-old Manuel de Jesus Ortiz was recovered in the Washington Cove area.

The body been turned over to the Medical Examiner for investigation. Authorities say Ortiz drowned while swimming toward a buoy.
