Konawa's downtown destroyed by fire

(Konawa-AP) -- A fire destroyed three abandoned buildings in downtown Konawa, sending a haze drifting over downtown. <br><br>Police say the buildings in a vacant section of Main Street were full of junk.

(Konawa-AP) -- A fire destroyed three abandoned buildings in downtown Konawa, sending a haze drifting over downtown.

Police say the buildings in a vacant section of Main Street were full of junk.

Firefighters from Ada, Byng, Asher and Konawa helped douse the flames, working for more than two hours Friday.

No one was injured.

Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
