(Eagle, Colorado-AP) -- Kobe Bryant will have to wait a few more days to see if he'll be charged with sexually assaulting a woman in Colorado.

Eagle County prosecutors say they won't announce a decision on charges until sometime next week.

A 19-year-old woman has accused the N-B-A star of attacking her at a Vail-area spa on June 30th.

Bryant later turned himself in and was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault. He posted 25-thousand dollars bail shortly afterward.

His attorney insists the all-star is innocent.
