(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Senator Bob Graham of Florida told about 150 people at the Oklahoma Democratic headquarters Monday that he has the best chance of beating President Bush in the 2004 election.
Graham says he can beat Bush in Florida, and that he "won't need the US Supreme Court to cast the last vote."
Graham also says he'll get the economy moving with a tax program that would reward working Americans. The program would exempt the first $10,000 of their income from federal income taxes.
Graham says that would put $760 in the pockets of all taxpayers.
Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman and North Carolina Senator John Edwards have visited Oklahoma in recent weeks, along with Missouri Representative Dick Gephardt.
Former Vermont Governor Howard Dean is also planning a trip.
The activity developed after Oklahoma moved up its presidential primary from mid-March to February 3rd.
