(Oklahoma City-AP) -- State Treasurer Robert Butkin and wife Nina are celebrating the birth of their second child, born on the 4th of July.

Julia Nicole Butkin was born in Tulsa on Friday night. She weighed eight pounds, nine ounces.

Robert Butkin says mother and child are doing well.

The Butkins' first child, Olivia Butkin, is 21 months old.
