A Green Country preacher has his own legal problems. Reverend Merrill Armstrong served as pastor of the Living Word Christian Center in Tahlequah. Former members are now suing him.

They claim Armstrong urged them to donate property, and then sold it for his personal use. The former members want a full accounting and recovery of the money they claim was improperly spent.
